Dr. Derek Rodgers is an Associate Professor of Special Education at the University of Iowa and the Director of Research at the Scanlan Center for School Mental Health. His research focuses on academic outcomes for students with low-incidence disabilities, including learners with intellectual and developmental disabilities. In addition, he has expertise in research design and methodology, measurement, and systematic review and meta-analysis.
