Enhancing Family-School Partnerships through an Interconnected Systems Framework (ISF) Collaboration. A model demonstration project examining how schools implement the ISF and integrate family-school collaboration. We are partnering with the Midwest PBIS Network and the Lake County (IL) Regional Office of Education.
